For kids from 5 to 13 years old!

 

Live an unforgettable and unique experience by discovering this day camp where development and pleasure are combined ! During the summer, we offer a specialized camp where karate and sports occupy an important place. Your child will be able to have fun while improving his self-confidence and his fitness.   

During summer, we offer a recognized camp which is characterized by the professionalism of its team and its program. Our team is comprised of thoughtful and passionate monitors. They hold a black belt, a certification in first aid and gratuated from the instructor`s training offered by the Karaté Sportif Group of Quebec. 

Camp 2012: from June 25 to August 24, 2012 (close between July 22 and August 4)                    

 Morning : Karate activities (+ 3 hours per day)

• basic katas and techniques
• nunchaku, bo, kama
• assault prevention
• self-defence
• board breaking

Afternoon : Sport and play activities 

• interior and external sports activities
• basketball, hockey
• drawings
• animations
• movies (stunts!)

Summer Camp hours: from 9h00 to 16h00

Optional daycare starting from 7h00 until 18h00
